Traditionally roasted and naturally flavourful, Mahas Coriander Powder adds warm, earthy fragrance to everyday cooking, from sambar and rasam to vegetable curries, gravies and marinades.

From selected seeds to fragrant powder

Carefully selected coriander seeds are cleaned to remove dust and unwanted materials, then dried to reduce excess moisture. The seeds are gently roasted to develop their natural aroma, warm flavour and rich colour.

After natural cooling, the seeds are finely ground to a smooth, consistent powder. The finished powder is checked for texture, aroma, colour and purity, then hygienically packed to retain its freshness and flavour.
